Junior YEARs LEARNING COMMUNITY

Our Junior classes have flexible modular furniture in all rooms.

 

At St. Brendan's we currently have eight junior classrooms. We have four  Prep/1 classes with team teaching and 4 x 1/2 classes. The Prep/1 classes are currently 18-19 children per class and the 1/2 classes are 20-21 per class

The Junior Learning Community has a Learning and Teaching  Leader (Mr Joel Brian) and the teachers work together in a Professional Learning Community to share ideas, plan and teach together, create opportunities to learn from each other and work collaboratively as a team, enhancing student learning and performance.

Students from Prep to Year 2 have access to 1:2 Mini iPads.
